A tailor made private honey tasting session, April 19th 2024
We recently organised a honey tasting session in Athens, for a pair of visitors. After explaining the honeybee life cycle, the hive society and the beekeeper's everyday tasks, we started our honey testing session by analysing the basic steps of the proccess, which include visual, oftactory and flavor assessment.
