Here's a few words about me, unless you want to visit my LinkedIn profile: with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy from the Agricultural University of Athens and a Master's in Natural Resource Sciences from McGill University in Canada, I've been buzzing around the honey scene since 2002.
I started out as a beekeeping instructor and advisor for Attiki Beeculturing SA, Greece's top honey seller, sharing my passion for beekeeping and honey quality with hundreds of Greek honey producers all across the country. My goal? To help them streamline their honey production, cut costs, and boost the quality of their sweet nectar.
Aside from offering beekeeping advice, my daily routine revolves around the delightful task of honey sensory analysis and evaluation. I get to sample and savor hundreds of greek honey varieties each year, building up a palette filled with the most unique tastes and aromas.
And let me tell you about the fun part - organizing honey tasting events! Whether it's for individuals jetting in from around the globe or for lively groups, schools, and universities, I've hosted dozens of these delightful gatherings over the years.
